How do you get to this mission with a proph character I am truly at a loss here I have no quest in my log, and I have beaten cho's estate on both HM/NM there are no NPC with ! over there head at ran su or anywhere else that I can tell.

you have to walk there from seitung harbor--its the only way to get there (same way canthans get there minus having a quest).

Non factions characters will not be able to do any quests on Shing Jea Island. You'll need to find the mission outposts without the aid of a primary quest.

Seitung Harbor (outpost) -> Jaya Bluffs -> Haiju Lagoon -> Zen Daijun (mission outpost)

If the quest chain is available ie your a factions character you follow the quests until they bring you to the gate talk to the guard and the town is opened up.

If your outside the quest chain ie from Prophesies or Nightfall you walk there.
This is easier if you have already done the quests with a factions character and know the rout.

Its the similar to the method you have to use to get a none prophesies character to ascalon.

Almost true. Oddly enough, the Bog Beast of Bokku (from Baasong in Haiju Lagoon) is available to non-native characters.
